Established in 2000...

Shawn & Joanne established the Boling Development Group with their partners in response to a need for small businesses to leverage ongoing expertise in business process evaluation, recommendation and solution development, including project management.

In our experience, many times small businesses are started up with a certain level of expertise in their main product or skill, however entrapeneurs sometimes lack the other key skills to assure their success in the support and infrastructure areas of their business.

We bring business process evaluation, including support services, technology assessment, development and design together with the key project management support to assure a successful implementaton of dynamic business development methodologies.

Shawn's background includes a BS Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University with over 20 years of Project Management, Design and Development experience with projects ranging from $10K to over $400M in numerous industries.

Joanne holds a BS Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University with over 15 years of experience in Project Management, Design and Development experience in Petro-Chemical, Satellite and Microwave communications with significant expertise in small business start up.

Both Shawn and Joanne are inspired by small business entrapeneurial success and are excited to play a part in the growth of America's number one mainstay in our continued economic success.
